Returns Policy:
NO REFUNDS. All sales are FINAL due to sanitary reasons.
Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Lin Aesthetics is not responsible if the customer drops and/ or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 7 business days to contact us from the time USPS tracking shows the package is delivered.
Lin Aesthetics is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages.
If your item does arrive damaged please contact us ASAP and we will gladly resend your order out again after you have provided us: proof of purchase, your tracking number, your name and address provided, and also email address and phone number provided.
If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us at [email protected]
Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me to attend to your needs quicker.
Send proof of your order, tracking number, Name, address etc., and a picture of the items that you received. We will make it right!
PACKAGE SENT BACK?
When filling out at checkout, you must include your FULL Address, don't forget your house/apt/unit etc.
Lin Aesthetics is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their Address by contacting Lin Aesthetics. The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, (because we usually pack our orders right away after we have received them) otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve this issue.
LIN AESTHETICS KAWAII SHOP is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND. We do provide information on our ingredients used for our beauty products. It is your responsibility as the buyer, to carefully read about the ingredients used in our beauty products. (Informations will be included under our description section)
