SHIPPING POLICIES
NO REFUNDS. All sales are FINAL due to sanitary reasons.


- Please allow 1-2 days for processing orders. We are now shipping Worldwide! 

- For orders placed in the United States, please allow up to 2-7 business days for shipping. 

- All international orders please allow up to 5-21 business days for shipping.

- Please note that after packages are dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

-If there are any concerns regarding your packages please call USPS first. If you have any other further questions regarding your orders please email us: [email protected]

- Please put in your correct address during checkout. If you put in the wrong address, email us ASAP after you have confirmed your order. If you do not put in your correct address, the packages will be sent back to me. 

- If your packages were mistakenly delivered elsewhere, and not to the destination you (the buyer) have provided, Lin Aesthetics will resend another package to you when you have provided us all of the necessary informations needed. We will need: Your tracking number, your name, the address you have provided, email and phone number, and proof of not receiving your delivered items. You can always contact us thru our email: [email protected] but ALWAYS make sure to contact USPS or DHL carrier first.
